Supervision that stays up when cellular goes down.
Water and wastewater SCADA on a private licensed radio path. No carrier contract, no SIM card, no monthly fee.
Every site runs itself. The plant just watches.
Sites talk to each other, not through headquarters
A tank that needs water calls its well site directly and starts the pumps. A full command rides in 12 bits over the radio and is typically acknowledged in under 2 seconds. The master site is informed, not consulted.
Autonomous by design
Each station keeps its own thresholds and logic, so a subsystem keeps working even when everything around it is down.
Degrades, never disappears
If a link drops, local control carries on and the master keeps polling until the site answers again.
Three parts. Buy only what you need.
NEURO, the remote site
An intelligent RTU that arrives 90% programmed. Up to 5 cards in any mix of analog inputs, digital inputs and relays, up to 40 inputs in one unit. It measures, decides locally and drives pumps and valves on its own.
CORTEX, the master
Polls every NEURO, graphs the data and runs the call-out list. Driven entirely from a browser on the devices you already own.
The digital radio, the part that replaces the carrier
NXDN very narrowband, manufactured in Indiana by Ritron to SCADA MASTERS firmware specifications. Anti-collision and retransmission algorithms move commands site to site with no IP network and no internet anywhere in the loop.
The physics carry the argument.
Very narrowband digital against the aging analog links it replaces. These are the numbers behind the reliability claim.
more radio range from the narrowband carrier
more area covered from the same tower
better receiver sensitivity, -95 to -115 dBm
typical acknowledgement of a full command
Every unit ships the same way.
Replayed on the bench
Pump alternation, failovers and power cuts are rehearsed on the real hardware, and the logs are read line by line before anything is installed.
One deployment standard
The same wiring and naming convention in every unit we sell. Spares interchange, troubleshooting is fast, and a replacement loads its site file from a USB key in seconds.
Rules audited before load
Hysteresis on every threshold, interlocks that an operator cannot break, and an automated audit of the logic before any upload.
Documentation you can read
The logic lives in the units, readable and documented, not locked in a proprietary black box. You keep full ownership of your system.
“This will be in every NEURO we sell.”
LeRoy Shipley, consulting engineer, on the deployment standard
The radio engineering lives under the same roof.
Propagation studies
Point-to-point paths, Fresnel zone calculations and geo-referenced coverage studies across NXDN, DMR, analog and P25. Engineering studies returned in 1 to 3 business days.
FCC licensing
More than 40 years obtaining the right licenses, working directly with FCC frequency coordinators. Most fees are passed through at cost; we bill only the Form 601 filings.
